Recently, paid a visit to IT King, Te Awamutu, and it was absolutely a great experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in their ways. The staff made the entire process run smoothly and as less stressful as possible. To do so, they took the time to understand needs and then gave expert advice on the best solutions for devices. The service was quick and effective. Phone was repaired way sooner than expected. Much better quality of repair-phone is now working perfectly. Obviously, the guys in IT King take pride in their work, going that extra mile to provide the best possible service for their customers. Mainly, We would strongly recommend IT King for any need regarding technical repairs or consultations. This is a great place, with great service with great results. I went from being advised by a retailer up the street that I'd need to send my less than a year old phone off to the manufacturer, get it wiped, etc etc and that all that would take a month (or that I'd have to get a new phone), I went here to ITKing, and 15 minutes and $20 later my phone issue is totally fixed, no problem. I needed a broken power supply fixed and tried another Electronics Repair buniess in Te Awamutu before I found IT king. The other place tried to charge me $40 even if they couldn't fix it. The guys at IT King checked my power supply free of charge, did some tests on the spot, and were able to advise me that it was unrepairable. No charge!
